I ended up walking 8km yesterday across 4 outings and helped my wife grocery shop. I felt fine yesterday and have no discomfort so far this morning. So far so good.

Awsome! Remember, you may feel great, but kick it down a couple notches and let that M6 bond well. 🙂 Glad to see you are feeling good. 🙂
Hey Kevin,
I’m following the Nuffield Health physio guidelines to a T… I’m certainly not going to push my luck on this one. I’m still a bit bummed that I couldn’t find a real hydrotherapy pool in Calgary(or at least they haven’t gotten back to me), but walking is the most important thing for us cyborgs to be doing. They say to do a 10% increase in distance or time per week, but I’ve held off until yesterday and it wasn’t too big of a deal. I’m going to post the typical physio instructions soon, so everyone can get an idea of post single-level ADR PT.
Wonderful! You’re doing great! Just wait until week 6 to really see results! I’m so happy for you!
Thanks Miguel! Slow and steady, eh? I’m going in to see my spinal triage doc tomorrow in Calgary to see how I’m doing. For some reason, I booked the appointment for 4 weeks post op? I blame the pain killers. LOL
@Kevin – how goes your back, my friend?
